I have been seeing Dr. Swanekamp for almost 14 years. He was the only chiropractor in the area who would see an 8 month old pregnant woman (me) with either a fractured or dislocated hip (and who could not have an x-ray done). He was amazing then, and he continues to be an amazing doctor. His chiropractic services are essential to my continued well-being — something that has been proven time and time again. He has saved my back from major injury — compensatory movements would have severely damaged my back over time because of the injury to one of my knees. He kept my back healthy with both chiropractic and exercise advise. He also doesn’t hesitate to say when you need to see an MD. He is extremely skilled, yet humble and is willing to work with any of your medical doctors. I recently also used the massage therapy services of Sandy Varga and was also quite amazed and pleased. I had trouble feeling my hands and she was able, through massage therapy and exercise/stretching advice to help mitigate the loss of sensation and, over time, to totally eliminate the problem. Most recently, I became part of the diet program offered by Steve Rosenthal. He, like the rest of the staff, is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate. His diet program is difficult, but definitely gives results.
I have referred many people over the years to Washington Wellness Center and they have never been disappointed. I will continue to refer everyone I can, because when you find a gem like Washington Wellness, you just have to share!

I have been a patient of Washington Wellness for almost 5 years now. Have seen Dr. Swanekamp the Chiropractor as well as Mr. Moceri for P.T. (rotator cuff/shoulder) and also had acupuncture treatments on a few occasions. All of the staff (including office staff) are very knowledgeable and friendly too. I would very highly recommend the Washington Wellness Center for any ailments you may have. They are always on time to see their patients too and always willing to accommodate you on short-term notice. I cannot praise these folks and their practice enough, they have a lifetime patient with me!

I received a referral for Dr. David Swanecamp at the Washington Wellness Center and scheduled an appointment to go see him. I had seen his sign for chiropractic care but didn’t know they offered a variety of additional wellness services. I was welcomed to the wellness center when I walked in and the doctor was right on time.
He took me into one of the rooms to listen to my details and make some recommendations. I never felt rushed and certainly felt listened too. What a different experience compared to my regular doctor. Dr. Swanekamp explained that the Wellness Center works with your other doctors to provide a complete solution. If you are looking for a chiropractor or physical therapy, I highly recommend the Washington Wellness Center.
